  • We are currently looking for an experienced bartender to support our team during busy services, special events, and high-volume shifts.

    This role is best suited for someone who is confident behind the bar, comfortable working with pace, and able to bring calm, professional energy to the floor when service gets busy. The ideal candidate can prepare drinks efficiently, interact warmly with guests, support servers when needed, and help keep service flowing smoothly.

    We are especially interested in candidates who bring strong judgment, maturity, and service leadership experience.

    Ideal candidates will have:

    • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar environment

    • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and service standards

    • Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and accurately during busy shifts

    • Confidence interacting with guests in a warm and professional way

    • Ability to support the floor team when needed

    • Good communication and situational awareness

    • Reliability, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude

    • Smart Serve certification

    This role may include occasional shifts, evenings, weekends, private events, and busy service periods.

  • We are currently looking for an experienced chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine to join our kitchen team.

    The ideal candidate is confident preparing classic Italian dishes, comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and able to support consistency, quality, and presentation across service. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, works cleanly and efficiently, and understands the importance of teamwork in a busy kitchen.

    Experience with fresh pasta, sauces, meat and seafood preparation, and traditional Italian cooking techniques is an asset.

    Ideal candidates will have:

    • At least 3 years of experience working in a professional restaurant kitchen

    • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and ingredients

    • Ability to work efficiently during busy service

    • A clean, organized, and consistent approach to prep and plating

    • Good communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams

    • Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

    • Food safety knowledge and proper kitchen hygiene practices

    This role may include prep, line service, menu execution, and supporting the kitchen team with daily operations.
