Carolina is more than a restaurant—it's a story of passion, tradition, and bringing people together. At its heart is Chef Graziano, a Naples-born culinary artist with decades of experience mastering Italian cuisine.

From training in the bustling kitchens of Naples to working at the legendary Chalet Ciro, his journey has taken him across continents, perfecting his craft and earning a reputation as a true master of Neapolitan pizza. His skill, precision, and dedication to authenticity make every dish a tribute to Italy's rich culinary heritage.

Alongside him is Michael Marshall, a visionary entrepreneur with a talent for turning passion into unforgettable experiences. With a deep love for Italian culture and a sharp business mind, he saw the opportunity to create something extraordinary. Together, they built Carolina.
